TURBOGEIST WILL play a headline show at the Barfly in North London on June 15th. <\/p>\n
This is part of club night \u2018Jubilee\u2019, an event curated by Carl Barat (Libertines\/Dirty Pretty Things), Chris McCormack (ex – 3 Colours Red\/Gary Numan guitarist) and Alan ’Cherry Cola\u2019 (of London Rock ’n’ Roll club night ’Cherry Cola’). <\/p>\n
London-based Turbogeist will be supported by The Broxton Hundred and Filthy Whisky.<\/p>\n
SINCE COMING together, Turbogeist\u2019s multi-hued musical approach has been described in many ways, from \u2018weirdo punk\u2019 sounds through to \u2018heavy alternative rock\u2019, with phrases such as \u2018more macabre fantastic aural imagery\u2019 thrown in for good measure. <\/p>\n
The four-piece outfit are currently in the studio working on their debut EP and album. <\/p>\n
