The bonus disc features three extra tracks; \u201cArc Of A Diver\u201d (4:14 – the edited US single version), \u201cSpanish Dancer\u201d (6:08 – radio edit 2010 version) and \u201cNight Train\u201d (6:30 – instrumental version from the UK 12\u201d single which has never been released on CD before. This version has extra guitar and keyboards and is much longer).<\/p>\n
It also features the BBC Radio 2 documentary – \u2018Arc Of A Diver, The Steve Winwood Story\u2019. Kate Thornton tells the story of a great songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and performer who\u2019s been a key figure in pop music for over forty years \u2013 Steve Winwood. Immersed in jazz, skiffle and then rhythm and blues, Steve was bought up in
\nBirmingham and it was there with his brother Muff, Pete York and Spencer Davis that he formed the group that was to have such seminal hits as \u2018Keep on Running\u2019 and \u2018Gimme Some Lovin\u2019. In 1967, Steve moved on to join Traffic, one of the most creative and enduring groups of the 60s and 70s. When Traffic eventually broke up, Steve played sessions with almost everyone in pop and rock. His first solo album came out in 1977 and with singles like \u2018Valerie\u2019 and \u2018Higher Love\u2019, he’d established himself as a kind of elder statesman of rock. <\/p>\n
