Released in the UK by Provogue Records, critics have hailed \u201cModern Daze\u201d as one of the most exciting blues albums of the year. Tracks were played on Planet Rock, the UK\u2019s leading classic rock radio station, for 14 consecutive weeks. Guitarist Magazine gave the album 5 stars, while Classic Rock\u2019s Blues magazine said, \u201cModern Daze is a superior blues album, dripping with integrity, full of smoking grooves, ripping solos and great songs.”<\/p>\n
Formerly the guitarist with Canned Heat and John Mayall\u2019s Bluesbreakers, Trout\u2019s latest album sees him return to his blues roots. Joe Bonamassa recently cited Trout as one of greatest guitarists of his generation. <\/p>\n
