Platinum-selling solo artist and iconic guitarist Orianthi will continue as a key member of Alice Cooper\u2019s band for what is expected to be AC\u2019s sole UK appearance of 2013 \u2013 a headline outing at Cropredy Festival in Oxfordshire (Cropredy is an annual event launched by UK folk legends Fairport Convention back in 1980; this year it runs from August 8th \u2013 10th, with Alice topping the bill on the 8th).<\/p>\n
Having been a part of Alice\u2019s live set-up since August 2011, completing two world tours in this role, Orianthi is used to trading musical blows with this true master of horror! <\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Orianthi is gearing up for the release of her new album, \u2018Heaven In This Hell\u2019; produced by Dave Stewart, the record will be released on Spinefarm Records\/Robo Records, and is scheduled to drop on March 11th 2013.<\/p>\n
\u2018Heaven In This Hell\u2019 \u2013 Orinathi\u2019s third solo outing following \u2018Violet Journey\u2019 (2007) & \u2018Believe\u2019 (2010) \u2013 delivers a mega-dose of rock, weaving in elements of modern country & swampy blues. <\/p>\n
