STRFKR – New LP ’Miracle Mile’
UK Release: April 1st (Polyvinyl)

It’s hard to say exactly when it happened. It could’ve been during one of the 100+ shows STRFKR played over the past two years — ecstatic sold-out dance parties that started in tiny, sweaty rooms before word of mouth spread and forced a move to larger (and even sweatier) venues.

It might’ve been when touring guitarist Patrick Morris officially became a full-time member in late 2011, rounding out a line-up that included multi-instrumentalists Josh Hodges, Shawn Glassford, and Keil Corcoran.

Most likely, though, there wasn’t a single defining moment when the change occurred. With evolution there rarely is...

The electronic legends are back 15 years after their last visit.
The German legends and genre shapers return to Roskilde Festival. Their last concert in 1998 is still semi-mythical amongst fans of all kinds of electronic pop.

KRAFTWERK (DE) return to Roskilde Festival with their special 3D show, which has carried away London’s Tate Modern as well. This concert is one of few chances in Scandinavia to see the Germans who serve up a futuristic bouquet of their biggest hits on our Orange Stage.

Frontiers Records is pleased to announce Whitesnake’s highly anticipated live concert ”Made In Japan” will be released on Deluxe 2CD/DVD Edition, Blu-ray and DVD in the UK on Monday April 22 (U.S release is April 23). “Made In Japan” captures the multi-platinum rock band’s co-headline performance at the “Loud Park” festival, which took place in Japan’s Saitama Super Arena on October 15th 2011.

“Joe Bonamassa – An Acoustic Evening at the Vienna Opera House” will be released in the U.K. on 2-CD, 2-LP, 2-DVD & Blu-ray formats by Provogue Records on Monday 25th March (followed by U.S. release on Tuesday 26th March). The release dovetails Bonamassa’s run of four exclusive London concerts which kicks off on March 26th at The Borderline.

The concert was recorded at the historic Vienna Opera House in July 2012 during a very special unplugged tour, played to a limited audience over seven exclusive European shows. Seminal thrash titans, EXODUS join the main stage ranks at this year’s hottest metal festival. Rob Caggiano Joins Volbeat As Second Guitarist

Danish metal band Volbeat has announced that the upcoming studio album Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies will be released on April 8, 2013. The band has also shared that former Anthrax and The Damned Things guitarist Rob Caggiano has officially joined the band. Caggiano served as producer on Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies, alongside long-time production partner Jacob Hansen, who produced and mixed the band’s prior four albums. Caggiano’s producer credits include The Damned Things, Bleeding Through and Anthrax amongst others, and he was a member of Anthrax for two tenures from 2001-2005 and again from 2007-2013.
