Reservations for Easy Camp will open next Thursday, March 17 at 1pm on hellfest.fr
Important : The Easy Camp will close between the two weekends of the festival, if you want to book both weekends you will have to make 2 separate orders (weekend 1 then weekend 2)
Be sure to note the names of all campers who will be sleeping in the same accommodation.
Prices for each edition of the festival from Thursday to Sunday night included:
- Duo tent: 1 cardboard tent with a sleeping system for two, 1 lamp and 2 kits (comforter, camping chair, bath sheet, hygiene kit): 210€.
- Tipi duo: 1 tipi of 3m diameter with 2 mattresses and 1 lamp: 290€.
- Comfort duo formula : 1 lamp and 2 comfort kits (foam mattress with fireproof cover, comforter 140 x 200 cm, pillow 60 x 60 cm, bed sheets, bath sheets, hygiene kit) : 422€.
- Tipi 4 persons : 1 tipi of 4m diameter with 4 mattresses and 1 lamp : 400€.
- 4 comfort formula : 1 lamp and 4 comfort kits (foam mattress with fireproof cover, comforter 140 x 200 cm, pillow 60 x 60 cm, bed sheets, bath sheets, hygiene kit) : 666€.
- Tipi 5 persons : 1 tipi of 4,5m diameter with 5 mattresses and 1 lamp : 500€.
- formula 5 comfort [description : 1 lamp and 5 comfort kits (foam mattress with fireproof cover, comforter 140 x 200 cm, pillow 60 x 60 cm, bed sheets, bath sheets, hygiene kit) : 830€.
- Tipi 6 persons : 1 tipi of 5m diameter with 6 mattresses and 1 lamp : 600€.
- 6 comfort formula : 1 lamp and 6 comfort kits (foam mattress with fireproof cover, comforter 140 x 200 cm, pillow 60 x 60 cm, bed sheets, bath sheets, hygiene kit) : 996
- Tipi 8 persons : 1 tipi of 6x4m with 8 mattresses and 1 lamp : 800€.
- 8 comfort formula : 1 lamp and 8 comfort kits (foam mattress with fireproof cover, comforter 140 x 200 cm, pillow 60 x 60 cm, bed sheets, bath sheets, hygiene kit) 1327€.
A rental fee will be charged for each purchase. A tourist tax will be charged at the time of your online purchase. Hellfest Productions will transfer the amount of the tourist tax you paid to the Syndicat Mixte du SCoT and to the Pays du Vignoble Nantais.
In case of resale / search of Easy Camp pass, only Ticketswap is entitled to resell your Easy Camp ticket – full accommodation.
For the first time at Easy Camp, a take-away food service will be available.
